Built by people who understood the problem firsthand

HighLevel was created to solve a challenge agencies and business operators knew too well: too many tools, too much complexity and too little visibility into what was actually driving growth. What began as a solution to unify the modern marketing and sales stack has grown into an AI-powered system trusted by agencies, entrepreneurs and teams around the world.

From the beginning, HighLevel has focused on one idea: give businesses the technology, automation and flexibility they need to build stronger client relationships and run smarter operations. Over time, that vision expanded from a powerful agency platform into a broader business operating system designed to support lead generation, communication, conversion, retention and recurring revenue inside a single ecosystem.

  • 2019: Public launch with 1,000+ customers. Team grew to 26 members across 7 countries.
  • 2020: Supported 5,000+ customers during global uncertainty. Focused on tools to help agencies survive the pandemic.
  • 2021: Grew to 10,000+ customers. 1,500+ SaaSPRENEURS generated $32M in direct revenue.
  • 2022: Surpassed 20,000 customers. Helped generate more than $200M in customer revenue.
